Good morning!

Wow-thanks to everyone that entered my giveaway! I was absolutely blown away by the response. The last time I did a giveaway, I got like 3 entries so this one was a big surprise to me! I'm also truly touched by all the new blogs I'm getting to learn about. Many of the entries came from owners raising guide dogs and that just brings a smile to my face. You should check out the comments and visit some of them :)
In other news...I have a fever of 100.8 and sore lymph nodes. My skin just plain hurts, which sounds weird, but it's true. I feel like I have bruises all over my body that don't hurt unless I move so I went to the docotor yesterday and he thinks I might have an infection. He started me on an antibiotic which normally makes me feel better in the first 12 hours, but so far I'm feeling worse. I hope this clears up soon!
UPS has a package full of Christmas gifts that I planned on giving out, but I haven't received it yet. It's been in the state since the 11th, but I wasn't aware of that until the 18th. I called and they said it was delayed because my address was incorrect so I verified it and they said it was right in their system and they would send it out the 21st. I didn't recieve it the 21st so I called again. They said my address was still incorrect, so I verified it and then told them to just deliver it my parents house because they live about 5 miles away and get UPS packages all the time. It was supposed to be delivered to their house yesterday. It didn't arrive so I called last night and they said they never sent it out, but don't show a reason why.'s supposed to go out today, but I'm not holding my breath. I'm pretty sure I'll never use UPS again. I really don't understand why it's so difficult to deliver this package and why I have to tell them my address a million times.
And I think that's about it from me, cause I'm kind of cranky since I don't feel well and don't want to gripe all day...hope your day is going okay!

  1. I had a simular issue with UPS. I am not entirely convinced that they actually TRAIN their employees how to do their job prior to putting our packages in their care. My name is Tabatha btw and I am raising Oscar and Eclipse as Assistance Dogs in training. Eclipse is 14 months old and Oscar is 3 months old. I look forward to reading your blog.

  2. We hope you feel better soon, and the package shows up:)

  3. I think my area is just bad for package delivery period, I've had issues with UPS and USPS not delivering or loosing packages. I now hate ordering things online.

  4. Darn UPS. I would be going nuts!! I hope it makes it to you!!

  5. Ohgosh I hope you feel better!! And I hope the package arrives! Merry Christmas girlie!!!
